How long does a recruitment campaign take?
Most campaigns run for 30 days, from brief to shortlist. Timelines can vary depending on the role, location, and market conditions, but your dedicated recruiter will set clear expectations from the start and keep you updated throughout.
Can we hire more than one person from a single campaign?
Yes. If your shortlist produces multiple strong candidates and you want to hire more than one, the flat fee does not change. Every hire made from a single campaign is included at no extra cost.
What happens if we don't find the right candidate?
Our campaign success rate is around 90%. When a role proves particularly challenging, we work with you to understand why and adjust the approach – whether that’s broadening the search, revisiting the brief, or exploring a different sourcing strategy. We don’t walk away when it gets difficult.
