- Copy Email Button: Added a button to copy email addresses directly from the new application page, streamlining communication workflows.
- Smart Form SMS Alert: Receive an alert when attempting to send a form via SMS without the necessary smart form placeholder.
- Candidate Titles: Candidate names on the new application page now include their titles (e.g., Dr., Prof.) for better context.
- Document Upload Limit Message: An error message now notifies users if the combined size of uploaded documents exceeds the 18 MB limit.
- Manual Login Reset: Admins can now manually reset accounts locked due to excessive login attempts.
- Indeed Sponsorship Notification: A new checkbox allows clients to notify their customer success manager about jobs to be sponsored on Indeed.
- Unlimited Login Attempts Blocked: Implemented a security enhancement to prevent attackers from attempting unlimited login attempts.
- UK Career Portal Domain: Launched an “applyfirst.uk” domain for UK-based clients.
- Formatting for Checkbox Answers: Checkbox answers now appear as a list, reflecting their intended format.
- Onboard Integration Tab: “Export to Onboard” is now available on the integrations tab of the new application page.
- Onboard Express: Rolled out Onboard Express on the new applications page.
- Advanced Reporting (Beta): Released a revamped reports architecture, starting with the Placements Advanced Report.
- SEEK Multiposter now better pulls through job descriptions from :Recruit, requiring little to no edits.
- Candidate Page Performance: Improved caching for smoother access to the candidates page.
Exciting Update: Enhanced Referoo Integration!
We’ve enhanced our Referoo integration, making it even more streamlined and user-friendly. Here’s what’s new:
- Introducing Packages for Checks: You can now select packages alongside individual questionnaires. This reduces steps when requesting multiple checks for a candidate, allowing you to gather all required information in one centralised process.
- Shareable, Read-Only Links: Effortlessly share candidate check details with non-Referoo users through a single, secure, read-only link. No login required, making collaboration simpler and more efficient.

- Partial Tag Matching: Tags can now be searched using partial and embedded matches, making tag management faster and more intuitive.
- Breadcrumb Navigation: Improved breadcrumb navigation to prevent long job or application names from wrapping onto multiple lines.
- Formatting Options: Restored the ability to format questions on the new applications page, such as adding line breaks.
- SEEK Ad Updates: Edits to SEEK ads in :Recruit now seamlessly pull through to SEEK.
- Activity Page Error: Fixed an issue causing the activities page to go blank when a user was not attached to an activity.
- Android Login: Resolved an issue where Android users couldn’t log in without a specific permission enabled.
- Attachment Previews: Addressed inconsistencies between scrolling through .PDF files versus .doc and .docx files.
- Duplicate Checkboxes: Corrected an error caused by selecting duplicate checkboxes.
- Email Body Cursor: Fixed an issue where hitting “Enter” in the email body moved the text cursor to the top.
- Smart Form Printing: Resolved an issue where printing a smart form caused it to cut off after a certain length.
- IP Login Lockouts: Fixed an issue where multiple failed login attempts on the same IP affected all users on that IP.
- Notepad Saving: Ensured notepad information no longer disappears when navigating away without saving.
- SMS Placeholders: Resolved issues with user-related placeholders not working in SMS.
