Hovering over a candidate triggers an AI-generated summary of their resume and screening answers. Full AI summaries are available on demand, and Felix, a built-in AI agent, can refine candidate results based on queries. Candidate ratings, tags, notes, and status are visible on a single screen without opening individual files. Bulk communications allow interview invitations, status updates, and outcomes to be sent to an entire shortlist in one action. Pre-built branded templates are available to standardise candidate messaging. Automation rules are configured per job in job settings. Rules can be set to handle screening, notifications, and stage progressions automatically. Automatic reply templates can be customised in tone and wording, including responses to unsuccessful candidates. Job ownership and notification recipients are configured in job settings so applications route to the correct hiring manager without manual forwarding. Reporting tracks time to hire, source performance, and pipeline health across all roles in real time. Available formats include pre-built reports, CSV exports, and visual reports. Dynamic visual reports identify where roles slow down in the pipeline and which sources produce the strongest candidates.
