Those Services, include but are not limited to making an online application to a job advertisement through Scout Talent. This is a free and optional service that does not require registration. Your application, including attachments and cover letters, can be accessed by the employer. This information may also be accessed by Scout Talent’s Account Managers and specialist teams who may be assisting in the shortlisting of the positions and is done for the purpose of providing our customers and candidates with the best possible Service.

By applying to a position through Scout Talent and Scout Talent you are requesting that Scout Talent pass the information to the employer or Shortlisting and Selection Specialist as part of your application.

Additionally, you have the right to request your personal information direct from Advertisers on Scout Talent.

In addition, we may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or the instructions provided in any email we send.

Usage Data

We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
