We’re pleased to introduce several improvements to our Candidate Flow within :Recruit, designed to empower recruiters like you. These updates feature a new look and improved functionality, enhancing your recruiting process and ensuring a more intuitive software experience. These updates will be live on June 4 and you will be able to access them by going to the Candidates (Beta) tab in :Recruit.
Here’s what’s new:
Revamped Candidate Profiles
Get to know your candidates better with our newly designed candidate profile view. Each profile continues to include everything from contact details to related activities, now organized in two tabs for a better viewing experience:

- Profile Tab: Contains all essential candidate information in one place.
- Activities Tab: A separate tab for all activities related to the candidate, securely housed for easy access.
Flexible Candidate Notes
We’ve made it easier for you to keep track of candidate and recruiter interactions:

- Take advantage of the new Notepad feature (formerly ‘Suitability Comments‘) in the Profile Tab. These notes can be edited, deleted, and used as a whiteboard for jotting down quick thoughts and observations on candidates.
- For more permanent additions, you can continue to use the newly named Add Record feature, (previously called Add Note), designed to keep essential candidate data intact and secure. This can be found in the Activities tab.

Updated Search Bar
We’ve simplified the search bar, making it easier for you to find candidates. No more switching between different fields – just enter a candidate’s first name, last name, or email address into the new search bar, and our platform will display the relevant results.
Updated Applications Log
Attachments are now visible on the candidate card, located under the “Applications” box. You now get a quick overview of how many and the types of attachments are associated with each application, reducing the number of clicks required to find what you need.
