These updates feature a new look and improved functionality, enhancing your recruiting process and ensuring a more intuitive software experience. These updates will be live on June 4 and you will be able to access them by going to the Candidates (Beta) tab in :Recruit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here\u2019s what\u2019s new:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Revamped Candidate Profiles<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Get to know your candidates better with our newly designed candidate profile view. Each profile continues to include everything from contact details to related activities, now organized in two tabs for a better viewing experience:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Profile Tab<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Contains all essential candidate information in one place.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Activities Tab<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: A separate tab for all activities related to the candidate, securely housed for easy access.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-16244 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/scouttalenthq.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Both-tabs-Candidate-View-1024x276.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"276\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><b>Flexible Candidate Notes<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We\u2019ve made it easier for you to keep track of candidate and recruiter interactions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take advantage of the new <strong>Notepad<\/strong>\u00a0feature (formerly \u2018<\/span>Suitability Comments<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2018) in the <\/span><b>Profile Tab<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. These notes can be edited, deleted, and used as a whiteboard for jotting down quick thoughts and observations on candidates.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For more permanent additions, you can continue to use the newly named <\/span><b>Add Record<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> feature, (previously called <\/span><b>Add Note<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), designed to keep essential candidate data intact and secure.
