Introducing :Recruit\u2019s New Feature: Job Status<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Users of Scout Talent\u2019s :Recruit recruitment software system, will be familiar with how to set candidate<\/em> statuses. For non-users, the candidate status feature gives you insight into a particular candidate\u2019s progress through the recruitment campaign process in terms of a specific vacancy. The candidate status feature enables you to set the status of your candidates to \u2018applied\u2019, \u2018interview booked\u2019, and so on to track candidates throughout recruitment.<\/p>\n

In contrast, the new job <\/em>statuses feature visualizes the progress of all your current vacancies and helps you track your progress throughout the recruitment process. The feature tracks whether an open vacancy is \u201cadvertising\u2019 or at the \u2018screening\u2019 stage. Once closed, you can indicate that you\u2019re \u2018conducting checks\u2019, getting \u2018approval from higher ups\u2019, or have \u2018offered the role\u2019 to a candidate.<\/p>\n
